Solvent Recycling/Reclamation

We have over 80 years of experience in the development and implementation of parts cleaning chemistries and equipment and over 30 years experience in the safe and efficient handling of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.

A thin film evaporator is used in one step of the reclamation process.

Chlorinated and flammable solvents qualify for an EPA approved method of waste minimization through reclamation. The Solvents and Environmental Services Division operates five Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) Facilities across the country. These fully licensed and insured facilities are equipped to process waste halogenated solvents into reusable products.

At our TSD’s, all waste solvents are sampled and analyzed for composition and recoverable yield. After distillation, solvents are processed through a desiccating system to remove moisture before restabilization. Waste from this process is destroyed in the Supplemental Fuels Program, minimizing generator liability.

Reclaimed solvents are available in drum, bulk, or truckload quantities. Our reclaimed products are formulated to meet demanding specifications.
